Overview:
We are looking for a business developer who will aid in the implementation and improvement of our strategy, foster connections with established and emerging players in the space, and create partnerships for Spherium Finance.
Main activities:
- Drive meaningful partnerships with relevant industry players through promoting Spherium Finance products(HyperBridge and HyperStake), strengthening our market position.
- Identify partners and onboard them, taking into account their needs and requirements.
- Maintain expert knowledge of the platform and products in order to provide knowledgeable support to top clients and potential partners both externally and internally.
- Manage a pipeline of already existing and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential partners (including outreaches, calls, and follow-up).
- Work with the Marketing team to create a single message for outreach.
- Recognize new industry trends and use this data to inform and guide our corporate strategy.
- Serve as point of contact for all Partnership Engagements within the system.
What you’ll bring:
- Be entrepreneurial, growth-minded, collaborative, and enjoy working in a startup environment.
- Have a strong ability to present the HyperBridge/HyperStake products to diverse audiences, including those who are new to DeFi as well as those who are fully crypto natives.
- Be proficient and thoughtful with communication, giving and receiving feedback, and working independently or with a team.
- Share our values of decentralization in an overall builder-led (not speculator-led) culture.
- Experience in business development and in-depth knowledge of the product offerings.
